Very impressed with the helpful and attentive staff, they helped with printing. The location was unbeatable, close to Ramada Princess Casino. There was an authentic restaurant nearby.
Sadly, but there was stain in some areas.

Convenient and handy location to a cathedral church. Set just next door to railway and bus and the city center and authentic Bulgarian Restaurant in the residential area. Great bed in an extremely pleasant and well-maintained room. Had a minibar and a balcony.

The whole place was clean and the staff were very welcoming. This wonderful small hotel had a central setting in the restaurant which provided good food in. Further, it was near the quiet residential area, and the train station.

This hotel is a great value for money. The prices are competitive and the attention to detail is commendable. I loved the location, which is in a quiet side street just a short walk away from the metro and tram stops, making it easy to explore the city. The staff were courteous and the basic amenities provided, such as slippers and dressing gowns, added to the overall experience.
